Blackfang Firearm Studio LLC – Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Blackfang Firearm Studio LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality firearm education and training. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, we have established the following booking, cancellation, and refund policies. By booking a class with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Class Cost & Payment

The total cost of our Concealed Handgun License (CHL) class is $150 per person.

To secure your spot, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining $100 balance is due before the start of the class and can be paid via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Deposit & Refund Policy

The $50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures that we can cover administrative costs and hold your reservation.

If Blackfang Firearm Studio LLC cancels the class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, instructor unavailability, or emergency situations), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to meet class requirements.
3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled class date.

Your $50 deposit can be applied to a future class if rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking.

Failure to reschedule within the 30-day timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another class.

Only one reschedule per deposit is allowed.
4. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time for your class. Doors will close once the class begins, and no late entries will be permitted.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate in the class and will need to reschedule. In this case, the $50 deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another class.

No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) forfeit their deposit and must rebook at full price.
5. Class Requirements & Participation

All participants must meet state eligibility requirements for obtaining a CHL. It is your responsibility to verify that you meet all legal requirements before booking.

Participants must bring any required documents or materials as instructed at the time of booking.

If a participant is removed from the class for misconduct, safety violations, or failure to follow instructions, no refund will be issued.
